This course is practitioner level and emphasises practical skills and intuitive growth and development. The formats offered are a 5-day intensive plus follow on evenings or an evening course. The duration is 3 months using course and casework. The casework runs concurrently with the evening course sessions for the intensive.. Assessment is by casework, a short practical test and an oral test on the casework. This course will be IPTI accredited for insurance and practice purposes. An advanced course will be offered in 2005 for those who wish to develop their skills further.
Course content: Use of crystals in healing - using intuition, choosing, cleansing, storing, configurations, grids, absent healing, aura cleansing, removing negative energy, chakra balancing. Using clear quartz and other crystals.
Anatomy and physiology;
Use & application of colour in healing; Colour in the environment; Sound as a healing tool;
Bach flower remedies, using these with other therapies;
Dowsing for chakra balancing, psychic work and allergies;
Using etheric weavers to balance the energy system & clear space;
Energy work, repatterning and psychic surgery;
Meditation techniques and tuning into guides;
Psychic development to support life changes & personal growth;
Working with dreams; Working with the shadow self & integration. Healing the inner child;
Working with Native American wisdom and totems;
Lifestyle management; Building self-esteem and confidence; Client ethics, referrals, and valuation;
Marketing yourself and your business plan.
The course runs as a 5 day Mon-Fri intensive
followed by 5 evenings over 10 weeks (one a fortnight) -
OR as a 10 week evening course, one eve. a week.
Concessions are available to those on income support, job seekers allowance, state retirement pension & full time students. Proof of status is required.
