- What do I want to acknowledge?
- What changes in my life do I need to make but have not been willing to see?
- Is there a gift to be claimed from staying in my current situation? And if I change what then?
- To open up my flow of health, well-being, energy and abundance, I need to?
- In what areas of my life have I been sacrificing myself?
- What do I want the next part of my life to look like (Over the next 5 years. Use a pie chart and draw picture to express this)
- What should my life be like? (Use all the should’s from school, home, friends etc)
- What could my life be like? (Use your own knowing)
- If I could have anything in my life right now, it would be? (notice if you put should instead of could)
- What I like about the should’s is?
- What I like about the could’s is?
